How we deliver it
Our photos show three kinds of load: a garage cleared of lumber and panels with an orange dump trailer backed up to the door, a trailer filled with carpet, drywall and lumber from a clean-out, and a roll-off bin full of cabinet doors and cardboard from a kitchen tear-out.
Loading well matters. Heavy material like concrete and tile goes in first and low, bulky material on top, and the load is kept inside the box so it travels safely. Trailers and bins are placed where they don't block neighbours or the street.
Material is sorted where it makes a difference. Metal goes to scrap, clean wood and cardboard can be recycled, and clean concrete is kept separate from mixed waste. Some items, like paint, propane tanks and batteries, can't go in a general load, and we'll set them aside for proper disposal.
For renovation debris, it helps to know what's in it. If the debris comes from an older building, the designated substance survey tells us whether any of it needs special handling before it's loaded.
When the load is gone, the area is swept. On a job site, that means the next trade starts with a clear floor.
Loads are sized to the job. For a single room or a garage, a dump trailer can be loaded and gone the same visit. For a bigger clean-out or a renovation that produces debris over several days, a roll-off bin placed on the driveway is usually the better choice. Either way, we protect the driveway surface under the trailer or bin, and we keep heavy items like concrete and tile low in the load so it travels safely on the road.

Frequently asked questions
- What can't go in a debris load?
- Paint, propane tanks, batteries, fluorescent tubes and other household hazardous waste need separate disposal. We'll set them aside and tell you where they can go.
- Do you remove renovation debris left by other trades?
- Yes. We clear drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets and packaging from homes and job sites.
- Do you recycle any of it?
- Metal goes to scrap, and clean wood, cardboard and concrete are kept separate so they can be recycled where facilities accept them.
- Where will the trailer or bin go?
- Usually on your driveway. A bin on the street in Vaughan can need City approval, and we'll tell you if your job needs it.
